Tell me your dates and the number of guests. I check availability and send you a binding offer with the total price. I usually reply the same day, within 24 hours at the latest. Sending this form creates no costs and no obligation to book.

* Required fields. No booking and no payment obligation arises. You first receive an offer. The rental contract is only concluded once I confirm it (rental terms). For accommodation contracts with a fixed date there is no right of withdrawal (§ 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code).

Terms at a glance

  • Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 10:00, self check-in via key safe (code sent by e-mail 24 h before arrival)
  • Minimum stay 3 nights, 5 nights in high season (June–August), 7 nights over Christmas and New Year
  • Long stays November to March: the seventh night is free, from 28 nights 25% off the nightly rate
  • Rates per night for 2 guests: low season €97–168, spring/autumn €115–250, high season €113–250, festive season €163–250; from the third guest over 12: €20 per person per night
  • Up to 6 guests (4 adults + 2 children), one dog by prior arrangement (€10 per night)
  • 30% deposit within 7 days of booking, balance due no later than 30 days before arrival; for bookings made less than 30 days before arrival the full amount is due immediately
  • Free cancellation until 14 days before arrival; 13 to 7 days before, 50% refund; from 6 days before arrival, 10% refund
  • Final cleaning included, no booking or service fees, no security deposit
  • Payment by bank transfer after my invoice — no payment is taken via the website
  • Tourist tax Krakow am See: €1.50 per person per day of stay (age 18+), payable locally
  • All prices incl. 7% VAT, electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included
